General Shipping Information

Prince Store is committed to delivering your orders in secure and high-quality packaging within the promised time frame. We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day (except Sundays and Indian public holidays).

• India: Delivery within 3 – 7 working days
• International Orders: Delivery within 4 – 12 working days, depending on the selected shipping method.
• We ship through trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Bluedart.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, size, and delivery location.
• Charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
• Our product prices are inclusive of all Indian taxes. Custom duties for international orders (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
• For customized or pre-order items, dispatch may take 4-5 working days.
• Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery agent.

• We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
• Ensure the original product tag and packaging remain intact when returning.

Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations in their country.

• Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by the destination country must be paid by the recipient.
• Customs procedures may cause additional delivery delays.
• Some countries require an import identification number (e.g., CPF, Tax ID).
